Up for sale is an absolutely gorgeous 1969 Camaro RS with only 82,000 original miles. This is a very solid southern car and it shows NO signs of rust! I took this car trade in several months ago and it has been my daily driver ever since! It runs, drives, handles and performs perfect and is ready to enjoy!! This car has NO mechanical issues or problems!! Typical of most RS cars the headlight doors have to be opened manually, other than that everything is in proper working order! This Camaro has had a light restoration aprox 4 years ago and still shows very well! It appears to have had the quarter panels replaced and an after market cowl hood added other than that all other sheet metal appears to be original and very solid with no signs of patch work. The car has a very straight body and all of the body panels fit great and the lines look good, The aftermarket cowl hood could use a little adjustment though. It is finished in its correct color of Lemans blue which is absolutely gorgeous. The paint is aprox 4+ years old and is no longer flawless but WELL above driver quality and above most cars you see. it is clean , slick and straight, no trash, no orange peel, just the normal wear of any car that has been driven and enjoyed. I would rate the paint an 8 on a scale of 1 to 10 with a 10 being perfect. All of the chrome, stainless, rubbers etc have been replaced new and still look great! The interior is absolutely remarkable as with the exception of the steering wheel and aftermarket radio is ALL original!!! Everything is very clean and fits like it should. All of the glass is original and shows very well goes up and down smooth no problemsThe driver side seat and head rest does show some wear, but keep in mind it is ALL original and wear is to be expected. For it to be 82,000 miles and 42 years old it is impressive!! The car has a non match # stock built 350 with all new hoses, belts, lines components and accesories. It starts everytime runs smooth no heating problems etc. It is attached to a turbo 350 automatic trans and a 10 bolt rear end with a good highway gear aprox. 3:55. I was told the motor and trans was rebuilt aprox 2 years ago and has had less tha 15,000 miles on it since.
