2001 dodge ram 3500 1 ton dual wheel dump truck, purchased this truck about 2.5 years ago, when i got it, it had 32,000 miles on it, the speedometer stoped working at 36,000, i estimate i put about 18 to 20000 miles on it in 2.5 years. i used for hauling anything from dirt to stone to firewood....i bought it from a used car dealership in nj. they had used it to plow their parking lot, i still have the plow and will include it in this auction, when i got it i put new brakes on it, rotors, and tires all around. since then i have done nothing but regular oil changes when needed and recharged the air conditioning unit before each summer, it works but needs a recharge. heat and defrost work. all other gauges work, has overdrive, bench seat, seat cover, etc. there is surface rust here and there and some rot on the bed and below the doors. also a crack in the windshield from bottom center towards the passenger side, inspection is due in dec. but i do not see any reason why it would not pass. i have used it mostly weekends, but used it to make money, now time to upgrade. motor runs great, trans shifts good, runs down the road straight, this is a great work truck, please don't expect a $20,000 looking vehicle, this is a "work" truck!!! i have put up three photos for right now, only reason is cause it takes my computer too long to upload, if you are interested i would either suggest looking at truck in person or allow me to email you more pics. goods: new brakes and rotors approx. 18,000 miles ago new tires about the same motor is strong, low miles, trans is good, low miles working 8' dump lights work heat, defrost, and air work if recharged chrome simulators, rain guards, new sideboards, 2" receiver plow included. bads: crack in windshield some dents, rust, surface rust.
