What a value it is at the reserve price which is set very low ! This Caprice Custom Formal Two Door Hardtop has eye appeal and AWESOME 396 "BIG BLOCK" POWER and is ready to drive away ! We just bought this BEAUTY from a retired collector who has lovingly owned this car for the last 16 years and used it for fun and an occasional car show. As you can see in the pictures this was his pride and joy and it shows but he now needs the money more than he needs the car. This vehicle has a STRONG - "GROUND POUNDING" - "BIG BLOCK" - 396 CID V8 Motor in it and running very well. The chrome air cleaner has a sticker on it that says 325 Horse power !! Sounds good too with the "Throaty" dual exhaust system with chrome tips. The engine is backed by a smooth three speed TH400 automatic transmission and a twelve bolt rear end both of which are also functioning well. The contrasting Medium Blue cloth with Dark Blue Vinyl Interior is in NICE CONDITION with a NICE Medium Blue cloth with Dark Blue Vinyl front bench seat, NICE Medium Blue cloth with Dark Blue Vinyl rear seat, good original dash pad that has a few cracks but is covered with a cloth dash mat, NICE original dash with correct imatation wood panels, nice original gauge cluster including 120 mph. speedometer, nice matching cloth door panels, nice black carpeting, nice original headliner, nice original sun visors and a good original steering wheel. Check out the trunk which is fully trimmed out in a VERY NICE light gray carpet / cloth material and note the "396" script sewn onto the tire cover, NEAT !! It also comes with the original owners manual shown in a picture below. This car is nicely equipped including, power steering, power windows, power brakes, tilt steering wheel, aftermarket digital AM FM stereo radio / cassette tape player with chrome antenna, original day / night rear view mirror, original front and rear seat belts, dual chrome exterior mirrors and a good heater and defroster. This car was originally a factory air conditioned car and everything is still there EXCEPT the compressor so needless to say the air conditioning no longer works. The car has the factory cowl tag and the factory VIN plate intact. Note the picture below of the factory cowl tag. We just bought this BEAUTY from a retired collector who has lovingly owned this car for the last 16 years and used it for fun and an occasional car show. As you can see in the pictures this was his pride and joy and it shows but he now needs the money more than he needs the car. This vehicle has a STRONG - "GROUND POUNDING" - "BIG BLOCK" - 396 CID V8 Motor in it and running very well. The chrome air cleaner has a sticker on it that says 325 Horse power !! Sounds good too with the "Throaty" dual exhaust system with chrome tips. The engine is backed by a smooth three speed TH400 automatic transmission and a twelve bolt rear end both of which are also functioning well. The contrasting Medium Blue cloth with Dark Blue Vinyl Interior is in NICE CONDITION with a NICE Medium Blue cloth with Dark Blue Vinyl front bench seat, NICE Medium Blue cloth with Dark Blue Vinyl rear seat, good original dash pad that has a few cracks but is covered with a cloth dash mat, NICE original dash with correct imatation wood panels, nice original gauge cluster including 120 mph. speedometer, nice matching cloth door panels, nice black carpeting, nice original headliner, nice original sun visors and a good original steering wheel. Check out the trunk which is fully trimmed out in a VERY NICE light gray carpet / cloth material and note the "396" script sewn onto the tire cover, NEAT !! It also comes with the original owners manual shown in a picture below. Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. We prefere a bank to bank wire transfer of funds as payment as this is the safest for you and for us. We do not accept any paypal payments. A 25% deposit is due within 3 days of the end of auction. The remainder is due within 7 days of the auction ending. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service we will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`.
