Automatic w/ Manual Mode This 2006 Chrysler 300C impressed us, and we're confident the next owner will be impressed too. Its is in excellent condition inside and out, and the 5.7 liter V8 is very powerful, yet smooth. This one includes the $2100 Navigation and Sound Group. It includes a GPS system a 6CD changer, Sirius radio and Boston speakers. Exterior upgrades include a rear spoiler and mesh grill. It is a lifetime Florida car, so it hasn't been exposed to the road salt and rough conditions of northern roads. This car has had just one previous owner. This exterior is in great shape with no dents or dings. The "Brilliant Black Crystal" metallic paint shines all around. The Autocheck report is clean, showing no accident or flood history. Exterior features include a custom mesh grill, fog lamps, a rear spoiler and 18" chrome wheels. The seats are leather. They are in very good condition with no holes, cuts or tears. The dash, carpets and door panels are all in very good shape. Both seats have power controls, and the driver's seat has 2 memory settings. Both front seats are heated. The rear seat is also very nice. You can fold down either or both of the rear seat backs if you need extra cargo area. Rear passengers have their own A/C Vents. This 300C is loaded with luxury, convenience and technology features: Power windows, locks, and mirrors; Power tilt and telescopic wheel; Cruise control; cold air conditioning; AM/FM/Sirius CD changer stereo with steering wheel controls and Boston Acoustic speakers; Trip computer with compass and temp display, Rear defroster, and more. The automatic transmission has a manual shift mode. Safety features include dual air bags, ABS and traction control. The large, colorful screen displays the Navigation system map and settings, as well as audio system and vehicle information. There are controls for the HomeLink universal transmitter (gate / garage opener) overhead. The manual is with the car. So are both remote keys. The trunk provides a lot of cargo area. As nice as the rest of the car is, this still seems to be the highlight. The 5.7 liter HEMI V8 motor runs very strong and smooth. Its rated at 340 hp and 390 lb-ft of torque. It has a split personality. Its smooth and very easy to drive, but it becomes a real monster if you punch the gas. Current mileage on the car is 73150 Autocheck shows accurate mileage and no problems. This car may driven, so mileage may be a little higher by the time the auction is over. Legal Disclaimer: The parties agree to the following with regard to dispute resolution: Any disputes between the parties must first be addressed by mediation. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals.
