Vehicle Detail
Up for sale is my 1994 Mustang Cobra. This is the second to last year of the 302 - also only one of two years of the SN95 body with a 5.0. This is a low maintenance motor. I have the original SVT Certificate to go with the car. The car is very shiny, and is in very clean condition. The body is straight with no bondo. The driver’s side quarter panel was replaced many years ago, prior to my ownership, I believe by the original owner and it was done by a Ford Dealer with a new Ford "R" replacement panel. The accident that appears in the history report is related to that. The owner prior to me told me that the quarter had gotten swiped and was replaced not to have body filler in the sheetmetal. All other panels appear to be original. VIN tags are present. The vehicle does not have sheet metal with plastic work in it. I knew this prior to buying it and had it looked at by a body shop and was told it was okay to buy. The car has 38,055 (may be higher at auction end) original miles and you can tell by looking at the car. I purchased Ford Racing (not aftermarket) Chrome 1995 Cobra R wheels and Nitto tires. These are the wheels in the picture. THEY ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH THE SALE. THE ORIGINAL STOCK WHEELS AND TIRES COME WITH THE CAR AND HAVE ABOUT 35,000 MILES ON THEM. The A/C blows cold and heat is hot. Everything in the car works as it should. This car is very clean for its age and price. It runs and drives great and is a very fun cool car. The only damage on the car that is worth pointing out is a door ding the size of a dime on the passenger door which is shown in the pictures. The rest of the car looks amazing. You will not be disappointed. This car is great because it’s nice enough to keep in the garage for an occasional driver but not so mint that you will feel sinful driving it. I am selling it because I own quite a few cars and use this one rarely, and purchased another Mustang that I’ve been using on the weekends. The car is 100% stock with no modifications. Located in Bayside NY 11360. Again, the car comes with the original stock 1994 Cobra rims. Also, the car has black floor mats. The tan ones in the pictures are covering them. If you look close enough in the photos, you can see my house, my deck, and my yard. The car is that shiny in person. This car catches eyes everywhere it goes. Trust me, it is very, very shiny and its a great color combination. The body on these cars is timeless and most people mistake it for being a few years old. I love 94-95's because its a newer-looking body with a strong old school motor. This car qualifies for collector insurance and is costing me $550 in NYC (30 year old male) for $15,000 Agreed upon value. If you live outside of the city, it will probably be $200-400. If I don't sell it, it will go in storage for the winter. I encourage you to come see the car before bidding so that you know exactly what you are getting. The car is 17 years old and as clean as it is, it is not perfect. This is an as-is where is sale and a non-refundable deposit of $500 is due within 24 hours of auction close. Please do not bid if you don't plan to own the car. It is a no reserve auction and any bidders that can't follow through will be ruining the auction and costing me ebay fees. New York State Inspection good until August 31, 2012
