I don't want to sell this car, but responsibility calls. 99,xxx miles. Frame off restoration in 1994. Undercarriage, rocker panels and floor were completely rebuilt by shop that specialized in Mustang restoration. Doors, hood, trunk lid, rear quarter panels and fenders replaced and/or restored. I have included pictures that show the work being done. These Polaroids will be included. These pictures are from around 1994.Paint job in 1994 has held up well for a 17 year old paint job some nicks and chips here and there but I feel you have to really look for them to find them. The clear coat still shines.New white convertible top in 1994. Also, convertible top power motor was rebuilt. Brand New interior carpet and seat upholstery. One seat has small tear on side of seat near seat hinge. Modern radio with tape deck was put in 1994. Still have original radio with tape deck.Front end was rebuilt in 1994. Car was driven for one summer in 1995 (to summer camp job), then was garaged until 2004 when it was started and then driven around the block. Car was then parked and has been garaged and covered since. When I decided to sell the car I had to put a new battery in, sprayed with some starter spray then it started right up. Car runs good for not running in so long, but runs a little rough. Could use a valve job? Motor was painted but probably needs to be painted again. When not being drive, car was in garage. This rebuilt car has never seen salt or snow. There are still minor things that need to be completed. Emergency brake does not work. Horn does not work. I have the horn ring and horn pad that will be included. Car may need a valve job. Needs new tires. When car was rebuilt the holes on the fender where the Mustang letters and emblem goes were drilled wrong so the letters don't fit currently. You can see this in the pictures. This won't be a tough fix for the right person. I have stick-on Mustang letters and 289 running horse emblems that will be included. Also will be included will be left over paint from 1994. Fill the holes touch up the paint and stick on the new letters. I have included some pictures of car during the restoration process. Some of these pics were just taken with a Polaroid so hope that it translates well to eBay. This is not a mint show car but well on its way. I have described the car to the best of my ability. However this is a 44 year old car and I may have missed a minor blemish here or there. Registration will serve as t itle due to the cars age. This car is sold as is. This really is a great car and I don't want to sell it. Why you should buy from me? I have been selling on eBay since before it was a public company. I have sold expensive restaurant and business equipment where people would send check and money orders.
