Original Owner Is Selling this 1999 Dodge Ram Pickup 2500 with a 24 Valve Diesel Cummings Engine. Has tow package and Camper suspension package on it. Currently the vehicle is in need of serious repaire the diesel fuel injector pump is not working and needs to be replaced, also the engine manifold is cracked and should be replaced. The body is in decent condition except for some rust occurring on the bottom of the doors. The right rear panel is pushed in some from having a close encounter with a bridge rail. The rear bumper has a dent in it. The front grille, bumper, fog lights, radiator, oil cooler and transmission cooler, have been recently replaced due to a deer jumping out in front of the truck. The under carriage is also in very nice low rust condition The interior is in nice condition seats are cloth and multicolored speckled pattern, the middle console floor mats, carpet and dashboard, have a gray color scheme. The Automatic transmission is 5 speed and has a funny shift slip around 40-50 mph but I just click on the O/D off button and get to 55mph and hit the O/D button on again and everything is OK. I had it looked at and it appears to be some kind of electrical sensor malfunction giving confused signals as to when to shift into 5th or overdrive. Other than that the thing just keeps on going. There are electric windows, locks, cruise control and side mirror adjustment. The fullsize bed has a Tuff Bed bedliner. I Am the original owner and have had this vehicle serviced at the dealership 95% of all the repairs. It was purchased in Florida in January 1999 and wintered in florida for six years so exposure to harsh north winter conditions was reduced. I towed a medium weight trailer sometimes but most of the miles are highway miles and that engine is still got a lot of life left in it. Just needs that injector pump. I am selling this vehicle because this repair is beyond me, and I am no longer in the business I was doing, that required to have such a workhorse of a vehicle. I was driving this vehicle as recent as 10/6/2011 and it was running good. With some time and attention this is still a great vehicle.
