Vehicle Detail
what we have here is a RUST FREE 1972 chevy vega wagon GT.it does have 4 seats.i promise you rust free!!! i know its unheard of but in this case it's true. NO MOTOR!!! but the car comes with all the parts to install SBC hooker headers, mounts, rad,an so on.the interior is in good shape.it has NO rollcage.a 1.76 low gear power glide trans /w a 4500 stall an balloon plates,an trans break valve body(TCI) harden input n output shafts12 bolt rear end w/4 series carrier an 3.90 gears.cowl hood (fiberglass)auto meter gauges.an drag star wheeles. the two very small spots of rust are behind the back wheeles,it's so little there is NO rust on the filler pan.i think there was pin holes of rust an someone filled it with bondo.again i believe it pin holes not big time rot. the windshield is also cracked.the kid i bought it back from missed the top of the car an hit the molding an the glass cracked. i have all the original paper from the day the car was bought new.protect o plate, build sheets(2),an so on.this paper work will also verify the car being fromCALIFORNIA. it is a four seat wagon GT that was ordered with the fiberglass factory panels.the build sheets back this also.An there stamped with GM part numbers.this is a rare car,and to be in such great shape after all these years is unreal if you know the chevy vega.someone once said to me these cars rotted on the show room floor.this is the second time i'v owned this car.i sold it about 10 years ago an bought it back about 4 ago.since i've owned it, it was in a garage an i had big plans for it,then divorce.an now the car is out side where it doesn't belong.i really love this car(again i've owned it twice) an it kills me to have to sell it,but i can't store it how it needs to be stored,so the best thing for it is to pray it goes too a good home where somebody will take time to make it a great street car.again it's a freak car with no rust and original paper work. if you have any questions please ask them or if you'd like pics of a certain spot let me know an i'll be happy to get them for ya all sales are final.
