Vehicle Detail
For sale, an unmolested, stock 1963 Plymouth Fury Convertible. This convertible is in very good condition with solid floors and minimal rust. The engine is the stock 318 polyspherical-head motor connected to the stock push-button transmission. The car runs and drives well. All glass is in good condition and the convertible top is also in good condition. The motor that runs the top up and down is working but the rams are not connected (suggest you recondition the pump and hydraulic system for the top). The original interior was black and is in the car but the seats were recovered at some point in a light blue cloth material. The original color code on the car indicates it was an ebony (interior color) and ivory (exterior color) car. Nearly all of the exterior trim is on the car and is in very good condition. What is missing on the exterior of the car; the car needs the front and rear bumpers, rear license plate lights, and the FURY letters across the trunk lid. To my knowledge, there are no parts missing on the interior of the car. This car drives very nicely down the highway and I wouldn't hesitate to drive it anywhere. The wheels on the car are not stock but I do have a very nice set of Plymouth dog-dish hub caps that are included in the sale (see photos). The car also has new shocks, brakes, exhaust, and a clear Idaho title in my name. This convertible is located in Idaho Falls, Idaho and is offered for sale as a pick-up only. I will help load the car but transportation and shipping are the responsibility of the buyer. This auction will run the full 7 days, I will NOT end the auction early. If you are a Mopar fan and collector this is a great buy as you can drive and enjoy the car as you restore it or drive it as is. Good luck bidding!
