Vehicle Detail

1974 CB750 K4. One Owner, Low Miles, Fully Documented Survivor. Here is a spectacular 1974 Honda CB750 in Sunrise Flake Orange with 6,200 miles. The pictures really tell the story. - Original clear Texas title from 1974. - Bill of sale from August 1974 - Tax receipt - Warranty booklet - Original 100% mint owner’s manual still in plastic pouch - License renewal tags through remainder of 70s. The original flake orange paint is beautiful. No fading. Gas tank has no dents. Inside – no rust. No coatings of any kind. Outside – Some small chips. Side covers are perfect! The seat is 100% original and excellent. Chrome is really nice. Some pitting exists on the original DID rims, inside of rear shocks. Very light, spotty pitting on fork ears. The worst chrome (at least to me) is on the handlebars. The gauges faces are beautiful - not faded. The tach’s redline still has that orange/pink look. Still has the original Honda dealer decal on the fender. All Honda decals are original and this can easily be seen. Traces of the yellow torque paint still visible. This 37 year old bike was built in 5/74 and by the VIN number was one of the last 74’s made. New tires front and rear. New battery. New plugs, oil, and filter. (Still has the original points assembly.) Original Koito headlight is bright and is still silver inside. (Not used much, so not blackened yet.) All original Stanley 71 lens on turn signals and taillight. Starts right up, idles and runs out beautifully with that SOHC 4 750 sounds. Has the typical CB750 clutch noise that goes away when clutch lever is pulled in Toolkit included – all there and mint with the original black padded bag. This bike had a faring on it, and when removed, the bracket clamps left some marks on the frame’s front down tubes, so these were repainted. Honda 341 exhaust is mint, brand new. (Orignal exhaust was rusted - so removed and sold.) If you are the winning bidder, please inspect the motorcycle (or have a trusted 3rd party inspect it for you) BEFORE delivery and ownership transfer. If an inspection reveals anything that I have stated not to be accurate, I will refund your 500.00 deposit and pay you $50.00 maximum towards your return trip. Please understand that there is no refund after bike has shipped. Buyer pays for shipping. I will work with your shipper if that's the way you need to go but I will not arrange the shipping. 1) A $500 deposit via PayPal due within 24 hours of auction close. 2) Balance of full payment is to be made by certified check, bank to bank wire transfer or cash in person in U.S. funds within 7 days of the auction's close. Detailed payment instructions will be given upon the end of the auction. A bill of sale will be provided to the winning bidder indicating that ownership will be signed-off and motorcycle shipped (if applicable) once my bank confirms funds cleared in my account. This protects both you and me. Please remember that the motorcycle does not get shipped until I am in possession of the cash, or my bank has confirmed funds have cleared and in my account. 3) Please feel free to ask questions! Since this is a used vehicle, it is being sold as is with no warranty. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding!! On Oct-07-11 at 10:41:46 PDT, seller added the following information: ***NOTE: I know we all started with 0 feedback, myself included. But I have seen too many auctions (especially motorcycle auctions) ruined with 0 or very low feedback bidders. So here is what I am doing about that: Bidders with less than 5 feedback have to email me (message me.) ...and better yet....try answering my emails to you. If we do not come to a mutual understanding - you are blocked. Then we are all protected and the good, honest bidders can bid with confidence. Sorry, but it is what is. Honest mistakes - no problem, but as past auctions have shown, not always the case!
