The auction terms pertaining to payment, pickup, etc must be observed for this guarantee. This is a silver 2007 Infiniti M35X with Navigation, All-Wheel-Drive and heated/cooled seats. This car was so clean when we acquired it, that detailing wasn’t necessary before taking the photos seen below. This is a beautiful looking car that runs and drives flawlessly. This Infiniti had a previous salvage history. As explained to me, the owner had dropped this car off at a service facility for maintenance. It was checked in and parked on the lot when a fresh water storm flooded the street and the majority of the parking lot. Apparently, this Infiniti was parked on a relatively high spot on this lot with the front end up on an incline. Federal law requires that a flood salvage certificate be issued once a car is breached by water over the door sill. There were over 100 vehicles on the lot at the time, all of which were assumed to be damaged, which were then paid off by the insurance companies, and liquidated. This M35 was then inspected by the state and they re-certified this car with a reconstructed title, which means that this Infiniti can be used in any state just like any other vehicle. Once again, the title for this M35 has been reconstructed and this car can be be registered and driven anywhere in any state. The owner used and drove this M35 for awhile after the incident, and subsequently traded it in to a Toyota Dealership toward a new Sienna Minivan. The Toyota dealership completed a full physical inspection and maintenance service on this car. All mechanicals are in excellent condition and the under carriage is very clean as well. Toyota also completed and issued a new state inspection on this car two weeks ago, which is good until September 2012. This M35 easily passed inspection with no issues or problems. I drove this Infiniti approximately 120 miles over Labor Day weekend and it runs perfectly in every respect. Everything in this car works as it should. The body looks terrific with only a few minor imperfections, wheel scrapes and a light door scratch. The paint is super glossy and brilliant over the whole body. The interior is crisp, clean, and in excellent condition. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle. This car looks, runs and drives just like a vehicle one might find on an Infiniti Dealer’s lot. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size.
