Over the last couple years, thousands of dollars for parts and labor have been put into this car so it will be very dependable despite looking a little outdated. Almost all the work was done at Probst auto in Montgomery...I can have the owner print up the entire history upon request. In the last couple years it has had new sway bars, links, tie rods, struts, new rotors, new brake pads, tires (still like new), BRAND NEW 6 year battery, Full tune up done in February 2011, all OEM spark plugs, wires, etc. Oil was always changed right at 3000 miles. Power locks, mirrors, windows, cruise control all work, except for the rear drivers side window does not roll down. It has keyless entry (only have one key and one button for it but the alarm and keyless entry still work like a charm). The interior is not perfect but not horrible. It has a couple small cigarette burns underneath the armrests and is missing a plastic piece along the window. The front windshield has a hairline crack that has been there for years. It is on the passenger side and below viewing area so you barely notice it, especially from the drivers side. Everything else on the car works except the A/C which I'm told only needs a $75 part. Car just had a brand new battery. All four tires are above 75% treadlife and were purchased in the last couple years.....I'd say less than 10k on all of them. The windshield wiper motor was also fixed, again, at Probst auto...220 dollars for parts and labor and now they work perfectly. That was less than 6 months ago. There is only one big rust spot behind the rear door and a couple minor blemishes, dings, dents, etc on the vehicle....the paint was waxed until 2006 when rust started to appear. Almost all hoses, radiator, starter and alternator have been replaced since 2007 as well. This car will keep someone going strong on the road for a very long time before anything major goes wrong. The mechanic said that the engine and transmission still feel very strong and there is nothing wrong with the drivability of the vehicle....The exhaust is a little bit loud due to two very small holes by the muffler but that's up to the buyer to fix....I'm sure you could get it fixed for about 100 bucks at the right place but it is not urgent so if you dont have the money, I'd wait it out.
