This is my wife's 325xi Touring. We have loved the car but with a 3rd child on the way we need room for 1 child seat and 2 baby seats in the back. The car is in great shape. I am a passionate long time BMW owner and this car has been very well maintained. It has all synthetic fluids changed about 2k miles ago. It is all wheel drive, with new/upgraded wheel package and new tires. I have replace many small wear items including all the air filters, cabin filters, transmission, fuel, oil, front and rear wipers and arms, front windshield plastic wind diffuser/seal, and a complete tune up service. The only thing mechanically wrong with the car is the Oil level sensor in the bottom of the pan started to go out. This is a known issue with these cars and the only reason I have not replaced it is because it showed up right after I put a $100+ in synthetic oil into the engine. Next oil change it can be replaced for $75. It just sometimes lights up the oil light on the dash but then goes away. The car has just about every option for this year. Steptronic transmissions, AWD, Power Memory seats, heated seats, rear cargo cover/net, rear power outlet, remote entry/alarm, one touch windows, black leather, real wood burl dash trim, CD changer, complete tool kit and full spare. The car isn't perfect, it has its share of nicks, dings and rubs. But all in all, it is in good condition, I took detailed pictures but it was on an overcast Vancouver day... I am happy to take more upon request. I would keep this car as a 3rd, but I need the funds to buy a *cough* Mini Van *cough* *cough*.... I wish the X5's with 3rd row were a bit cheaper.... But I lament.... The car is in Samammish Washington, but I drive back and fourth to Vancouver BC regularly so the car can be seen in either place. I have made a short video to show that the steering is very tight, no noise from the suspension, brakes all work great. I am happy to arrange a viewing at any time.
