1972 Dodge Challenger Project Car This car is not running or driveable. In order to get this car to the point where it is ready to drive, it would need a carburetor, gas tank, new fuel lines, a tune up, brakes, transmission lines, shocks, tires, and who knows what else. As for the body, the car needs to be stripped down to the metal to see what all needs to be repaired/replaced. This car needs a complete and total restoration, but is pretty much a complete car. After acquiring this car, I did have it running and was able to drive it around my yard. I'm pretty sure it is a 318 and it has an automatic transmission with bucket seats and a center console. Originally the car was green with green interior, but it looks like someone put a quarter panel on the passengers side and painted it a plum color. I would encourage anyone interested in purchasing this car to come inspect it before they bid. It looks like the floor pans and trunk pans are pretty solid. The car is in rough shape but it is forty years old; I'm sure its worth repairing.
