2010 Ford E250 Super Cargo Extended Van -> Great purchase! It's just one year old, still under Ford's warranty. Great deal! pay reduced price for nearly brand new van! Modified & equipped by Mobility Works, OH: Roof base conversion package, raised roof with raised rear entry Braun fully automatic Century II wheelchair lift Lift has been inspected & serviced (2 year full warranty, 5 year parts warranty) Wheelchair tie downs, w/lap & shoulder belts (x 3sets) Rear A/C and Heat installed Two passenger SS 3-point fold-away seat4 L-rack rails for chair tie downs (can transport up to 4 wheelchairs) Floor to ceiling grab rail (pass. door) Full length stepping board on the passenger side Back-up alarm, emergency kit, triangle, fire extinguisher and belt cutter. Well maintained and serviced fleet vehicle (one owner), came right off the road, engine, tranny, a/c, tires, brakes all works and shifts well, mechanically just like new! This Ford takes alternative fuel - ethanol (E-85), we never tried it as it is not available in our area. We love our vans and take good care of them, however, currently we no longer transport as many wheelchair customers as we used to. Vehicle's title is under lien. We are current on our loan payments, so if you purchase this van and we receive your deposit, we will make a payoff for this vehicle and turn over the clear title to you with in approximately 7-10 business days. Full payment will be required at that moment. The only noticeable damages to this van include, a dent on the front bumper, miscellaneous dent left quarter panel and broken door hold backs (they break all the time, but are easy to replace). You can see those damages on the pictures provided. Otherwise, it is a pretty clean vehicle with lots of miles and smiles left on it! Buyer agrees to tender payment in full upon execution of this Agreement and in exchange, Seller agrees to transfer title of the VEHICLE to the Buyer without undue delay. Title A. The Seller warrants that the Seller owns good title for the VEHICLE. B. The Seller agrees to transfer title of the VEHICLE to the Buyer immediately after Seller receives full payment due under this Agreement. C. Buyer shall take possession of the VEHICLE immediately after Seller transfers title to Buyer. D. Buyer shall register and insure the VEHICLE in accordance with buyer's home State laws and regulations at Buyer’s sole expense. Terms 1. The Seller and Buyer agree that the VEHICLE sold under this Agreement is a used vehicle and is sold in “as is” condition. 2. The Seller warrants that the VEHICLE subject to this Agreement is in the condition fit to pass the Massachusetts vehicle inspection. 3. The Buyer shall have the right to inspect the VEHICLE subject to this Agreement prior to execution of this Agreement at Buyer’s sole expense and discretion. Failure to exercise this right shall not impair this Agreement in any way. 4. The Buyer agrees to purchase the VEHICLE subject to this Agreement with any and all faults, defects and damages. 5. The Seller makes no warranties except for those expressly stated in this Agreement. 6. The Seller explicitly disclaims implied warranties of Merchantability and Fitness for a Particular Purpose Choice of Law This Agreement shall be executed and performed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and shall be interpreted and governed by laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection to this Agreement shall be settled in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts under Massachusetts law.
