Original fender tag. No build sheet. Original Washington state Vehicle Garage stored * Original FM3 car * 44 produced (Galen Govier) * Trans rebuilt * 3:23 sure grip * Fender Tag * Go-wing (added ) * Power Steering * 3 Speed Wipers * Remote Mirror * Light Package * AM Radio * Bench Seat Older restoration. Original Washington state car. Not sure where originally sold but from the information received it spent most of its time in Ellensburg , WA. Solid throughout. Paint (base/clear) is ok but would need some additional work (wet sand and buff) to make it nice as it should be. Manual drum brakes and power steering. Non air grabber hood. Original equipment installed throughout. Very few miles put on car since restoration. Floor pans and all sheet metal is said to be original. Visuals of underneath the car indicate that the floor pans are original. Have not verified the trunk and quarters. Restoration Included all suspension and underpinnings and looks nice. Car is a coupe (solid B-pillar). Grille is nice. Stainless is all intact. Bumper chrome looks good. Numbers matching motor however the trans has not yet been verified as numbers matching. VIN matches body numbers, fender tag as well as engine. Car has been setting for 2+ years and needs to be cleaned up. Very nice, solid and unique roadrunner. Vehicle Car ttaa QQOn Oct-01-11 at 00:55:51 PDT, seller added the following information: Went to location of car this afternoon to look verify a few more things and to start and drive it to provide additional info on condition. Car started after some coaxing but was low on gas, fuel in tank had been in the car awhile. Started car and it idled good and sounded ok but was not happy with the old gas and drove poorly initially. Put fresh gas in and took for a ride. That helped the overall initial poor running characteristics. Ride was marginal. Car has been setting for a couple years and it shows in the ride quality. The brakes (manual drum) are out of adjustment and the front R/H shoes were clunking. I would also align the wheels and re-set the torsion bars. The rear sure grip unit was whining as well ... may have been axle bearing but sounded more like it was coming from the sure grip unit. The motor while idling good and sounding ok does not have the power is should - felt out of time that and perhaps old ignition parts. Carb and linkage needs to be looked at - didn't feel like accelerator pedal would open carb fully. Tuning and timing seem to be in order as well. Valve cover gaskets need replacing as burnt oil cold be smelled after driving. Gauges all worked. There was a slight vibration that could be felt at low speeds with foot off accelerator that may be attributed to the old tires (which should be replaced regardless) possibly motor mounts....not sure. Transmission shifts solidly.. like a shift kit has been installed - sometimes shifted into third hard when cruising. Slight lifter tick at idle after warm up and drive. The motor is matching and the numbers on the rad support match the VIN as well. Was not able to verify the trans numbers as the exhaust was in the way. There is a small crack in the front L/H headlight bezel. There is two small scratches at the bottom of the front door near the fender interface.. maybe 3/8ths of an inch. The driver window is hard to roll up and down. The three speed wiper motor is dated correctly. Floor pans are original as are the quarter panels, trunk pan and extensions. The hood black out paint is slightly faded but would probably look good after some TLC. There is a small rock chip in the windshield. The AM radio has the wrong dials. Sunvisors nice, headliner nice, All seatbelts in place. Incorrect windshield washer reservoir. The car is a good original FM3 car with original motor and sheet metal that drives marginally at the moment. Maintenance and mechanical work will need to be accomplished to get it running right, stopping well and working in an orderly and proper fashion. Rare an unique yes but it will require the touch of a true Mopar enthusiast to bring out its true capabilities. I added a few more pix of the car that were taken today.
