1965 Mustang Fastback, three owner car,I started with a completely original car with very little rust. witch was only in the front lower doors. The car was completely dissembled, media blasted and restored every nut and bolt replaced. Approximately $50,000 and thousands of hours, were spent on the build of this numbers matching car. It was an automatic but has been changed to a 1970 top loader 4 speed. Some of the highlights include: total control power steering, flaming river tilt steering column, aluminum heads and intake manifold with a billet distributor.The block is original and has been bored 40 over with 10-10 on the crankshaft. A comp cam and roller rockers have been installed.The wheels were custom ordered from Boyd Codington.The backspacing was measured to get the widest wheel possible for this car, The wheels are 18"x9" on the rear and 17"x 7" on the front. New, true tinted glass was made and shipped from California. The paint is PPG 2000 with concept clear. When I purchased the car in 2003 the car was as it left the factory nothing was cut the car was very original, (Except for one repaint). The only rust in the car was in the doors, front lower corners. The door shells were replaced using Dynacorn parts. All original parts go with the car Glass, steering wheel column, steering wheel auto transmission and parts, The front grill with fog lights, Rally Pac, Styled steel wheels, It has all of the original engine parts including gold aircleaner and valve covers.
