1980 Mercury Bobcat, (same car as Ford Pinto). 64,000 Original miles, 2.3 4 cylinder, 3 speed A/T. Parts recently put on with "0" miles include: -Headgasket -Timing belt -Alternator -Valve cover removed and painted High Heat Ford Blue, new gasket installed -Timing cover removed and painted High Heat Ford Blue -Plugs,Wires, Cap and Rotor -Upper and Lower Radiator hoses, new clamps. -Radiator removed, Painted High Heat Black -Heater core lines painted and replaced with new rubber lines, new clamps. -New positive and negative battery cables with terminals. -New Airfilter -93-97 Ranger Short Tube Header, painted with High Heat Silver Header Paint, new gasket installed. -Power brakes, negative, Power steering, negative. The sex appeal of driving a Mercury Bobcat; Priceless. Car starts and runs good , needs a small amount of exhaust work, a few vaccum lines traced and put on, and needs to be timed. Interior is in fair condition, what you would expect from a 31 year old car. The body is cancer free and the paint still has some shine when buffed, has a few small dings, and a small crease in the passenger door, car still presents itself very well. Factory slots wheels in good shape, tires show minimal wear and have great tread. Car needs less then a days worth of work to be perfect, i have simply run out of time and money to sink into a car i'm not currently driving. I have a clean title ready for transfer.
