Vehicle Detail
I have for sale a 1997 Honda Civic. It is an amazing car, but I cant do this insurance thing any more, so I'm trying to trade it away for a bike or sell it. It's a real head turner. Very loud and, until the hydraulics went in, very fast. The extreme system and the underglow combine with the custom body, paint, and hydraulics to really turn heads wherever it goes. I'll list what I can think of here, but it really must be seen in person to be appreciated. Car is priced to sell FAST and it won't last long now that's its been lowered. Misc.- Four wheel independently controlled hydraulic suspension Active alarm system with door popper Power Sunroof Power windows Power locks with remote Ice cold A/C Power steering Interior- Ridiculously loud sound system with 2 12 inch Kicker subs and a capacitor in a custom box mounted where the back seat was Custom Seats Pioneer stereo Custom dash paint Custom Rims Custom center console paint Custom painted pillars front and back Wheel Cover Two 6.5 inch Kicker mid speakers Two 6X9 inch mid speakers Two built in tweeters Custom boost gauge Custom built kill switch for base Hydraulic switch built in console Custom Headliner Twin Chrome air tanks Exterior- Custom two tone paint Body kit Chrome exhaust Decals Custom tail lights Underglow Custom decals Enkei Rims 6k HID headlights Shaved door handles Hood pins Aftermarket mirrors Drivetrain- New engine with less than 15000 miles on it Eagle rods Eagle pistons Eagle cam Intercooler Cold air intake Front sway bar New alternator with battery located in trunk to power sound system New A/C compressor Clutch recently replaced New plugs and wires Headers with full exhaust system As you can see, the car was built up with a nice engine only 15000 miles ago. Odometer reads 117k, but that was the old engine. After it was built up, it was decided the car was going to live life as a show car, so the hydraulics went in. But if you wanted to put race suspension back in, it could haul again. The hydraulics are currently wired all to one switch in the center console. I decided I valued ease of use and a comfortable ride more than the ability to bounce four different directions. But I believe that all that would be required to restore the independent control is a little wiring. The only real problems the car has is a faulty speedometer sensor, and the presence of steel air tanks instead of aluminum. They still work, just heavy and you cant leave them compressed. Everything else is clean and running beautifully. Good luck and happy bidding.
