Up for auction is this '00 Honda Insight, nice, really nice and possibly the most economical car on the road! If you have any sort of long commute this is a must have car. Go ahead and compare, this thing has a lifetime average of 60mpg (ok, actually 59.9mpg) and you can get more than that with smart driving. So go ahead, if you live in Houston and want to work in Dallas this is the vehicle for you! This is a very fun and easy car to drive, drives down the road just as a Honda should (smooth) and suprisingly has a lot of power (electric assist is like a supercharger!). This only has 2 seats so it is a great car to leave friends and family behind and go for a nice long road trip. My insight is overall very nice with just a couple little blemishes (very minor, again this car is in very nice shape). It has 175,xxx miles on it and I am still driving it so it will have a few more. It has half a tank so I should be good for another couple weeks! Tires are great, transmission is smooth and the clutch is good. The car is an absolute pleasure to drive, no weird noises, sounds or smells. Get into it and drive anywhere, afterall even if it is a hyper mile per gallon car, it still is Honda quality. It has keyless entry, power mirrors, power windows and the air conditioning is COLD! About the worst thing about the car is the rearview mirror is suffering some age related delam around the edge. No excuses here, if you want an economical car, this is for you.
