The engine was replaced with an original 1968 HEMI block built from the crank up. It was professionally built by Shelton Racing Enterprise of Atlanta and dynoed at 680HP (and still rising), 614Ft lbs TQ, at 6400rpm's. 426 block stroked to 506 with 611 lift @ 256, mechanical roller, custom cam, 10.48:1compression, pump gas. The heads, original 68 iron heads, 7 angle valve job, sleeved, ported and polished. Original HEMI dual quad intake, dual 625CFM Carter AFB carburetors and air grabber filter. All original bucket seat interior. Comes with folder/binder/dvd of build and all parts receipts. To operate in line lock position, you simply hold the horn ring down to lock the front brakes, releasing the horn releases the brakes (for burn outs or launches). The wheels are from a stock 2010 Camaro SS, powder coated black. The car also comes with a set of stock rally wheels with Comp T/A's on the front and Mickey Thompson ET's on the rear (with a set of dog dish hubcaps.) Also included is a STAGE V intake manifold with 2 Holley 660CFM square bore, center squinter race carburetors (model 4160). Which will add about 125Hp but makes the car much to radical for street driving. ($1800 value). This is a street car that can be driven to the track and enjoyed.
