You are looking at a very rarely seen 1961 Econoline van camper. It was purchased new in California and brought to Arkansas by the original owner and it remained in his possession until his passing a few years ago. I am listing this for a friend who purchased it after the original owner's passing. He has owned it for a couple of years now. I has just over 40,000 original miles. It has the 170/6-cylinder engine with the rare 4-speed manual transmission column shift. It has all original interior that is in very good shape. The interior has the crank up top, roof mounted air conditioning, cook stove, sink with cabinets, table that changes to bed, and camp site hookup. It has had one exterior repaint back to the original color in a single stage material. All the paint in the jamb areas is original. The paint is in great condition, but please expect normal wear and light scratches. The chrome and stainless are in very good condition for original. The glass, tail lamps and all other lenses are in great shape. It has recently had new brakes, exhaust, tires, and a battery installed. Everything is in working condtion except for the A/C. It would need to be serviced with new lines and seals. This is a rare find that you can drive, enjoy, and be the talk of any show. I would like a 10% deposit within 48hrs of the auction's end, unless other arrangements have been made. Full payment must be made within 7 days of auction's end. All payments must be made by bank certified funds or wire transfer. You are welcome to inspect the vehicle anytime during the auction. If you fly into the Northwest Arkansas, XNA Regional Airport, I will be glad to pick you up and return you to the airport.
