Sad but true... I have lots of projects and very little space. I am currently sitting on 2 other projects, I have my current GF breathing down my neck on garage rental and my previous GF is nagging me for child support money... This promising item has to go. What can I say about this bike? Well a kid wrecked on it and then it was left on the side of the road. The bike was impounded by the Police and then sold at an auction. I'm running short on money for the month and unfortunately the bike has to go with a very low reserve. The things that are not included: These things were damaged beyond repair and were disposed of. 1)Front fender, upper cowl, inner middle and lower cowl. The rear cowl is fine, but has small knicks in it. The hardware for mounting all of these are included. 2) Head light, speedometer, front master cylinder, front blinkers, windshield, side mirrors, throttle cables & clutch cable, drive chain, air box & duct covers, coil cap ignition (4) with small sub-harness are also not included. Those were disposed of. 3) radiator w/ fan and hoses is also gone, however the radiator reserve tank is included. 4) Black frame sliders, crash protectors. Those were already sold and installed on a club members motorcycle. Damaged Items: The obvious about this bike. When the kid wrecked this bike he skidded on the left side and then wrecked into a hard obstruction. The front end near the head light took impact. Please view picture. 1) The main frame broke only the original factory weld on Right side if you are sitting on the seat facing forward. I contacted a local certified welder. He quoted me for about $300 to fix the frame. The frame does have a nebraska title for it and it is still clean. 2) The exhaust has several extremely small areas where the flat black paint has flaked off on the exhaust pipe. There are several scratches on the muffler joint. The Exhaust system is complete and functional. 3) Shifter lever and linkage. The linkage piece will need to be replaced, but will need to be included.. 4) several dents in front fork, however the forks still appear straight. Damaged, but Repaired 1) Previously the stator side engine cover and valve cover were damaged. When the kid went down it rubbed on stator side. It was in one piece however it had a crack in it. It has been replaced with a new one from the factory. 2) Cylinder head cover on top of engine had a hairline fracture across the top when the frame broke. It has also been replaced. Starter has been table tested and works fine. Engine currently shows good compression as of Saturday, August 27, 2011. On upper crankcase 11000-MCZ-000 RSF support on backside of Engine hanger still needs to be repaired. 3) Throttle bodies are fine and gas tank are included. The gas tank has several dents on sides and back. Please view pictures. 4) small indentation on the rider seat where the gas tank had rested on the seat. I cleaned it up with some cleaner. Seat is in great condition aside from the small indentation is still visible. Comes with key for ignition and the passenger seat storage box. Summary: The Bike has been disassembled and all parts are sealed in clear bags and have been labeled for convenience. All items are stored in a smoke free environment. I wanted to post I found my digital service manual on CD for this bike. It will be included in this auction. I will try to find a case to put all parts in for the buyers convenience when picking up.
