It has a charging tail. I had a larger, after-market windshield and a Piaggio top case installed. The scooter was laid down on the left side resulting in a scuff on the side of the floorboard. Otherwise the scooter is like new. The seat was professionally lowered for the comfort of the shorter rider. Taller(6'+) riders will not be able to fit their legs behind the shield. This has been a very reliable and easy to ride scooter. Reserve has been lowered! Must sell!
