Up for bid is this rare and original 1981 Dodge Mirada. This car has a V8 (318 ci) that is the original motor and original automatic three speed transmission. This car has only 91,759 miles on it (as documented by title). It is an original white car with red plush interior. Car has power steering, power brakes, power windows and power locks. The car has original air conditioning in it. The air conditioning has been converted to 134A. The interior is in good condition with only minor flaws as well as a solid dash pad. The exterior is white and has had some touch up work as well as some surface rust (see pictures). The floors in the car are solid (Zbart) but there is some rust in the rear quarters and some in the front frame rail. The car starts right up and runs smooth. It has the original 2 barrel carb on it. The car drives but will need to be thoroughly gone over before putting it on the road. The car needs body work (quarters and doors) and work on the front frame rail before it will pass inspection. The pictures of the quarters and doors will help you see the extent of the rust. The paint is faded. The car has been off the road since August 2009. It has been started and driven short trips occasionally during that time. Tires on the car are good as well as after market aluminum rims.
