This is my family's 1986 honda goldwing. It has made the rounds between Dad, Mom, Brother and me. It has been in the family basicly its whole life. to be honest I dont remimber if it was used when purchased. This Gold Wing has seen most if not all the major bike ralleys. My older brother was installing a aftermarket electronic cruse control when he died. it was his dream to go to sturgis with dad. To make a long story short The bike was restored and I drove it to Sturgis with dad in 2004 in memoriy of my brother. It was a great trip but it took a lot out of me mentaly. Even thoug I love to ride I just couldnt continue to drive the bike. I put it up on a bike lift and had good intentions of keeping it as a musium piece. I would start it monthly but it never moved again. after a year or so I stoped starting it. Now I find that I need money fast and I cant justify just letting ths set. For the right buyer this will be a great deal. I have to sell this as a non running bike. However The bike is fully capble of starting and driving down the road. It was a running bike when parked. I Just do not have the ready cash or knowledge to do it.While I hope the buyer will drive and love this bike I have looked at parts prices on e-bay and this bike is probably worth more for its parts than as a complete bike. The engine while it does have 88297 miles on it has had the oil changed at least every 3000 miles. My starting price is about 1 third what the parts alone should bring so I believe this to be fair. If you want more pictures please let me know I will be happy to send them to you but didnt want to pay extra to post them. as far as damage there is normal wear one saddlebag was cracked and repaired. The windscreen is an oversized windsheild I believe it was called a Tulsa windsheild.
