Vehicle Detail

This great little car is ready to go - original Tahiti Blue with Autumn Leaf interior, you can take off on a drive and feel the wind in your hair. We have owned this car since 2008; we purchased it from friends who used to show the car and owned it since 1995 (approximately). Unrestored with enginge #7331,with the low original miles you can drive a classic that's not too expensice. And insurance? We pay under $10 a month for our family of 4 to drive it. It has a 4 cylinder 4 speed stick shift, 110 cubic inch single barrel carburetor. Paint and striping is original. There is a small rust spot inside the "boot" (trunk). We have an extra set of striping if you want to redo anything on the car. A car this age has some normal wear and tear, but it's a blast to drive. The original spare tire - a Parelli is still available. We have extra parts, many receipts for you, the 5th owner of the vehicle. The cassette play words as does all the equipment. There is a slight split in the arm rest the came to us with black electrical tape on it and has not gotten any worse. The vinyl steats and original car mats are in great condition. The three wiper blades are cute, but don't drive it in the rain. It's only been in the rain once, according to the previous owner. It cames with a tonneau cover, the top (no splits or wear problems) a front black le bra and a soft cover for the netire vehicle when you store it. It definitely is a summer car and now is still the season. We have a cabin and don't drive the vehicle like we would like to (by the way - it's a great attention getter in a parade!!!), so want to sell it and use the storage space for a boat. Originally the car was $5,749.00 according to the window sticker. (The stick also calculates the annual fuell rate at $0.65 per gallon. If you have any specific questions, please call - we want you to be happy with your purchase. THIS LISTING WAS REMOVED BY EBAY BECAUSE OF AN ERROR I MADE LISTING THE CAR AND REFERRING TO CASH... THANKS FOR "RE-BIDDING." On Aug-27-11 at 11:07:56 PDT, seller added the following information: 8/27 - I was looking through the paperwork I have on this vehicle and saw that in 1995, (the previous owners) had some work done to the "right quarter panel" with some refinish - not repainted. We never have noticed that this was a problem - just want to be up front with the bidders. Also, we will work with whatever shipping carrier you choose, and having shipped a car to us a year or two ago, make sure you get your quote in writing. Thanks for looking. On Sep-02-11 at 06:52:18 PDT, seller added the following information: When I relisted, I was in a hurry (lots of typos) but I did not add that the car has an oil drip - VERY minor - it's not the kind you need to check to see if you're low. Our mechanic said "it's a British car - what can you say - they all have a drip." We did not want you to purchase without knowing-- we store it for periods of time and never need to add oil - mostly it's an annoyance in the garage. If you have specific questions, please call or ask. Again, thanks for looking, Sue's friend
