Vehicle Detail

Here is a 1973, that is in great shape. Originally purchased in California, then moved to Wenatchee Wa.. This classic has very, very little rust. None on the floor boards, none around the hatch, spare tire well.........nothin! There is one spot on the hood (see pics), looks like something dropped on it. It was stored for a bit in a shop/barn in eastern Washington. I bought the car for my wife, it was going to be her "daily driver". But after she drove it for a month she decided she did not like it. (crazy, huh?!) The manual steering was a problem for her. I wanted to fix it up (what little it needs) but now that we decided to sell the car, I dont wanna spend the money on it?!. It does need a carpet kit, I took them out because of deterioration, and just never purchased new. Tis all vinyl inside right now. The original diamond pattern vinyl on the inside is perfect (See pics) no rips, tears, fading, just nice! It has newer Weber carbs, and runs perfectly. Starts very quickly, and runs smooth. It does have a few cracks in the interior plastic, and cracks in the dash(common), a missing radio knob, and cracks around the radio bezel, and the map light has problems. Other than that tis pretty much complete. The automatic transmission is great too. No U joint/drive line clunks. Lots of power, and why shouldn't it have lots of power, having only 158,500 miles on it. The paint job is ok, in my opinion, it could use new paint. Not because of rust or to cover up something bad, it just who ever painted it blue did a "hurry" job. Spots in the door jams, rear hatch, and under the hood were missed. So you do see the original pea-green color here and there. Other than that, not bad. Of course we get the "thumbs up" where ever we drive, and the standard questions where ever we park, but it a Z! Every owner gets em. Now, lets talk about how to get this car to you!
