1989 Dodge Spirit ES Turbo 5 speed manual transmission. Car has a professionally rebuilt engine by Car Quest. Turbocharger has been rebuilt and it has zero shaft play. Tires are new Bridgestone GT's with only 1200 miles on them. Car has 4 brand new Sensa Trak shocks All hoses and belts are new from NAPA. Car has new oxygen sensor along with new clutch. New fuel pump with lifetime warranty and new fuel lines. New water pump with new thermostat. Brakes are about 65% and work great. This car is well equipped with cruise control, power seats with lumbar support, mirrors with defogger, windows, fog lamps and tape player. It runs very good and most impressive of all it has excellent fuel economy of up to 32 mpg when driven gently in the highway and around 27 mpg in the city according to the trip computer. The paint is in good condition overall with a few nicks and few parking lot dings for a car its age. There is no rust anywhere in this car and only a surface rust on the top about the size of a half a dollar. The undercarriage has been rust proofed by the previous owner. There is a dent int he front fender but i will give the buyer a brand new primed fender. The passenger front door has a dent in it from a parking lot fender bender but did not damaged the frame or any other components. The interior is in very good shape with a good headliner and upholstery, the floor mats are the factory original embroidered with "SPIRIT" on them. Car comes with spare and jack. The not so good stuff: passenger side mirror is lose and chipped around the edge but it is fully functional, bobbing strut should be secured properly, passenger driver window does not work but i will provide buyer with a window regulator along with the motor. A/C cooled very nicely when it worked but unfortunately it has a leak and since i have not use the car much since January i never bother to fix it. I will include the factory service manual as well as an extra trip computer. This car has not been abused or altered in any way and it is 100% stock and adult driven. I am forced to sell it since i suffered an accident and i will need an operation on my knee and i'm unable to drive stick shift. Plates and inspection are valid till Dec 2011, i have a clean Texas title at hand. There are more than $2600 invested in this car $1600+ on the engine rebuild so basically all im asking is for the cost of the rebuild.
