Up for auction is my 1969 GMC C/K 10 truck with small block v8, clear title, column shift three speed transmission, good tires and exhaust, and plenty of body rust. This truck runs and drives great, has a lot of power. When I bought the truck 2 days ago I was to the motor had been rebuilt. I had to rebuild the carb as it had a bad fuel filter and had sucked gunk in the fuel bowl. I have made sure the truck does not overheat or make odd noises and will drive 55mph without any problem. Winning buyer should feel confident that they can drive this truck home without issue. Exterior: The body on this truck has rust on nearly every body panel. Lights all work and glass is free of any cracks. Tires have nearly all their tread left, prior owner stated he replaced the brake lines, has dual exhaust with headers. Tailgate does open and shut, drivers door only stays shut if you use the door lock, I can't get the passenger door to open. Has 2" hitch receiver on rear. I painted the wheels and roof with Rustoleum gloss white to make the truck presentable. Interior: Interior is clean for its age. Dash is really in good condition. Hole in floor on drivers side that is covered with floor mat. Both drivers and passenger side window crank down, drivers side door is missing door interior handle. Has casssette deck that is not working. Not sure of seat condition as I bought it with the seat cover on it. Transmission shifter is on the column. When driving the truck and being easy on the gas the shifter works fine, but if you really hammer the throttle the shifter seems to bind up when shifting gears and you have to rock the shifter up and down to get it unstuck. Drivetrain: Motor runs great and has plenty of horsepower. Truck really sounds good when you accelerate. Has exhaust headers, rebuilt carb, and good battery. I am not certain of the fix but when you start to accelerate from stop the truck has slight hesitation and then really opens up. If you do not gas it right it stalls out, if you gas it correctly it goes great. Terms and Conditions – PLEASE READ!!! Buyer must show proof of state of residence. Calculate the other state price (taking into account the above adjustments, such as a trade-in allowance for the purchase of a used car) and apply the rate of tax as listed in the chart above. Collect from the customer the lesser of the two amounts. Sales to residents of any other state not listed in the chart are not subject to Ohio tax, provided the proper affidavit for nonresident sales is completed by the purchases and tendered to the Clerks of Court when application for title is made. If needed, I can provide a temporary tag for a fee of $18.50. Payment A $200.00 deposit is required to be paid via Paypal within 24 hours of the auction closing. If winning bidder would like to pick up the item within 24 hours, please contact the seller immediately and a Paypal deposit will not be required.
