1971 chrysler Newport with 68000 miles, original miles. The motor is a 383 2 barrel with a 727 transmission. The motor runs good and transmission shifts fine with no problems. The motor has been completely tuned upwith rebuilt carb, new dual exhaust with turbo muffler for that perfect sound. Also new tires, u joints, and newer gas tank. The body still not in bad shape with some surface rust on drivers side quarter panel. Still retains its burnt orange paint. Original with some fading on the hood and trunk. Vinyl top is ok except corners in back window where it is peeling up. The interior is starting to tear some because it sat in the sun before I bought it and was perfect until I started driving it. Carpet is in great shape. AM radio does not work nor AC which was told it did but needs charged. Needs a new wiper motor also because for some reason it froze up, so it will need a new one.
