I bought this car May 16, 2010 as a Certified Pre-Owned model from Mercedes Benz of Oxnard. I paid $35,993, but I also purchased extra warranties to cover dings, and any rips and/or stains on the paint or leather. The Certified Pre-Owned Warranty from Mercedes is completely transferrable, which means you will have a full warranty up to 100,000 miles or May 16, 2012. It has been serviced with the dealer, completely babied by me, and it looks and drives perfectly. It's a very, very nice car. I tinted the windows (not too dark), added the genuine Mercedes matching gray all-weather mats, added bluetooth for talking on the phone, and have never had a single problem with it. It is loaded with everything, including memory seats, heated and cooled seats, triptronic shifting, power sunroof, navigation, air suspension, height control, wood grain, dual climate control, ESP traction control, rear power sunshade, power folding rear headrests, in-dash CD changer, iPod music input, and that's all I can think of right now. I expect to be paid a $1,000 deposit within 48 hours of the auction close via Paypal or cash and to be paid completely within 5 days of the auction close. If you want to pay me via Paypal and put some or all of it on your Credit Card, that's fine, buy you will pay whatever % Paypal charges for your card. (It's higher for reward cards).
