You are bidding on a low-mileage nice 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan Sport with an IMS lowered floor handicap wheelchair ramp conversion on it. It has 69,301 miles on it. Carfax verifies the clean title and actual mileage on this one (click the CARFAX emblem below to see the entire report for free). This van is powered by the dependable 3.3 liter v-6 engine and automatic overdrive transmission. The exterior is in great shape. The paint is more of a bronze than a red in my opinion, but eBay doesn't give you the option of bronze. The paint is still very shiny and bright. There are a few minor scratches and dings (see pictures with my fingers in them), but nothing major. The body is very straight. The tires have about 60% tread left on them and are wearing evenly and smoothly. The interior of the van shows very little wear. There are no holes or tears in the carpet, cloth seats or headliner. The van has had the floor lowered from right in front of the 3rd seat all the way to the firewall. The drivers seat is removeable on wheels. The van is set up for someone that wants to drive from their chair. It has an Ez-lock system mounted on the floor under the seat. This seat actually will move over to the passengers side, so that you have a front passenger and the 3rd rear seat for seated passengers. There is also a removeable steering assist device for the steering wheel. There are also tie-down anchoring points thru-out the van along with 1 set of anchoring straps. The van has a wireless remote to open and close the power passengers side door along with raising and lowering the ramp. These functions can also be done by a switch on the dash or a switch located inside by the rear door. The van also has the kneeling feature that will lower the van and thus make the ramp angle less steep. The van side door has 54 inches of clearance and inside the van is 59 1/2 inches tall. The ramp itself measures 30 inches wide. The van does have dual sliding doors, but the drivers side is manual. The hand controls can be set up to be on the left hand side of the steering wheel instead of the right. This van appears to have never been smoked in.

I have had the vehicle inspected by a mechanic. He found it to be in good mechanical shape with only normal wear. I have had the filters, fluids and belts all inspected and serviced as needed. This van has NO leaks, NO drips, does NOT smoke and shifts out smoothly and solidly. There are no shimmies or shakes at 70 mph on the freeway. THIS VAN IS READY TO BE DRIVEN ANYWHERE AND BE ENJOYED. The van was built by VMI, not by someone in the backyard. The van needed virtually nothing at all done by us, it was that well serviced. We also had it inspected and aligned at a front-end shop. All the power and electronic equipment work like new. The air conditioning is ice cold and the heater warm and toasty. There are just no known problems with this vehicle. I take pictures of all my vehicles as they are when they come to me. I don't detail them and shine them up to hide stuff in the pictures. The pictures of the underneath show you the normal road dust and the fact that there is NO RUST. I will have this one detailed and awaiting the winning bidder.
