I am selling this 1995 Ford Escort LX for my sister. She bought it in the year 2000. I have done all the maintenance on this vehicle. The oil has been changed every two thousand miles or 6 months with mobil 5000 and fram oil filter. Uses no oil. No fluids leaking that I have seen. Only 69,211 miles being mostly highway. Cool-tec radiator and water pump lubricant used once a year. I have also driven this car quite a bit myself, so any questions you might have, I can answer. If not, I can ask her for you. I just don't receive any of the money for it!!!! Here is the description: This is an excellent car with low miles and has rarely been driven over 65mph. It is capable of 40 miles/gal if driven slower of course. If not, 35 at minimum. I used Armor All cleaning and Protectant wipes on the dash and anywhere else. I also vacuumed the entire interior including the trunk. NO RUST could be found when I washed it. It was rarely driven in salt, but washed right away if it was. Radio with cassette player works (manual push/pull out antenna on drivers side roof), heat and all accessories work. Air is cold. Automatic seat belt shoulder strap. Good/bad-depends on the persons opinion. Manual windows and locks. Good spare tire/jack. New tires on front right and and rear left. Other two have a little tread left. New serpentine or alternator belt last summer. One pics shows as many warning lights as I could catch in pic when starting. NOT ON OTHERWISE. Otherwise, no major repairs. Never broke down. Always started. Here are the slightly bad points: The passenger side mirror got bumped and knocked loose by someone or something unknown. You can see how it is fixed in the pic. The windshield washer was not working, but I reattached the wires and now it works, but the hose is ripped in half. EASY FIX-mechanic can slip new piece over the top-happened to my car too. Will work like new. The lid to the windshield washer tank is broke too. Covered with duck tape. Might be able to get just a new lid, if not you would need a whole new tank if you would like. Drivers side visor is cracked in the plastic, but was like that when she bought it. Doesn't bother any. can see in pic Passengers side air vent has to have each fin moved individually, but was also like that when she bought it. No carpet in trunk.
