This is a 1980 Honda CB750C. I bough this bike seven years ago and rode it a lot for the first three years. It was always dependable, I never had any mechanical problems with it. However after starting a new career, getting married, and having a kid, I began to ride it less and less until finally I stopped. Long story short it has been sitting in a garage for three years. I have decided to sell it to free up money for other pursuits. To get it going after sitting for so long I put a brand new battery in it. I also drained out all the old gas and put new in. It wouldn't start so I took off the carbs and sprayed out the jets and generally cleaned them up. It now starts and runs good. However it seems to be lacking some power, I have to rev it up good to get it going. I know it needs a new air filter, and a probably a different fuel filter (I put a lawn mower one on it). It may need some additional carb work (like a rebuild kit). My summer is almost over and I don't have the time or money to mess with this anymore. What you get is a bike that starts and runs, but needs a little tune up work to be in top form. The rear tire and chain are both fairly new, they probably have less than 1000 miles on them. Damage that I can think of goes as follows: a missing badge on the one side, radio does not work, seat is torn, front brake handle is bent.
