You are bidding on a 1979 Panther Lima, manufactured by Panther Westwinds Limited, Surrey, England. It has a fiberglass body with steel enclosed cockpit. Speedometer and all gauges are Smith Metric. It has about 98,000 km (approx. 61,000 mi). Runs good, shifts good, uses no oil, blue paint is faded but could be compounded and polished. Cream paint is excellent. Brakes are good but needs right rear wheel cylinder. Looks good, ATTENTION getter, Excellent for parades and cruising. Convertible soft top in great condition. Seats need upholstry. All glass is good, but needs some weather-stripping around wing glasses. Motor, transmission, and rear-end & accessories are all Vauxhall (division of European General Motors). Original chrome wire wheels which could use polishing. Car was purchased for wife from European pilot about 11 years ago. Nearly all that time it has sat in the garage except for a few outings at parades and car shows. Selling due to interest in other classic autos. This is definitely an unique car--doubt you'll ever meet another one like it here in the states! You are bidding on a USED vehicle with NO WARRANTY.
