Up for auction is my 1961 Oldsmobile Super 88. Has the 394 ci. high comp big block. This is the more rare bubble top model. The olds has been shaved and lowered for a period correct custom look. The interior is in bad shape but the dash is all there. All of the gauges work. The milage says 17600 miles right now but that is not correct and it has been noted on the title that the mileage is wrong. Other than that it has a clear title. When I picked up the car the 4bbl carb was shot so I fabed up a mounting plate and set up for a Summit 750 carb and a new style air cleaner for the fun of it. The mechanical fuel pump went out so for the time being I bypassed it with a MR.Gasket electric pump. The car will run and drive under its own power but will need to be trailered to its new home. This car is rare and has a lot of potential to be a great ride. Here is a list of after market parts on the car. Summit 750 carb, New Air cleaner with Super 88 air cleaner sticker, Mr. Gasket fuel pump with dead switch hidden in the glove box, Real Moon Eyes spun aluminum hub caps, shaved all body trim on the sides of the car as well as mirros and door handles and locks, Electric door popper on the drivers side that you open with your foot, Flowmaster exhaust . I have the original body trim and a few door panels that can be used to mock up a new set so all that will go with the car as well. Im just looking to get what I have in it back out of it so the reserve isnt set that high.
