Up for auction is a 1966 Lincoln Continental Convertible. The color is a very pale blue with a black leather interior. The odometer appears correct, but cannot be guaranteed. Over the last seven years, over $13,000 worth of repairs and upgrades have been done. The car has been repainted, new top, rebuilt transmission, new timing chain and gear, rear bumper replaced, new power steering pump and hose, new exhaust manifolds, new exhaust, carburator rebuilt, new tires, new master cylinder, new radiator core, fan clutch., tune up, new tires, plus many other items. The following items need attention: The convertible top switch in the car does not work. You must use the key switch on the side of the car. The driver's side rear window just stopped functioning. The radio does not work well. The air conditioner does not work. The car runs and drives well, and looks great! LOW RESERVE!!! The car is being sold as is. No warranty expressed or implied. The previous owner of the car collected Lincoln convertibles. He had 7 of them. He changed the color of this car about 25 yeard ago. The inside of the decklid was left the original color. When the car was repainted 7 years ago, they left it the original color because of all of the hoses, pumps and motors.
