Here is a one owner 2005 Ford Excursion XLT 4X4 with the 6.0L Power Stroke Turbodiesel engine. This is a very nice condition, smoke free, accident free California vehicle with 39, 231 miles and still under the Ford factory ESP Warranty that is transferable to the buyer. No dings or dents, just a couple of scratches and small stone chips on the hood. No rust. The leather seats and entire interior is clean with no flaws. Optional equipment includes leather seating, 6 disc indash CD player, front & rear AC/heat, adjustable pedals, reverse sensing system, chrome running boards, towing package with limited slip axle, telescoping heated mirrors, Prodigy trailer brake contoller and Firestone rear airbags. See the window sticker below for a complete listing of all optional equipment. The engine is completely stock and all dealer service records are available. The stock 6.0L engine has plenty of towing power without needing additional aftermarket modifications that can harm reliability. It runs great and has never let me down. The oil was changed every 5000 miles using Shell Rotella T-6 synthetic diesel oil and Motorcraft filters. The 5 speed auto transmission was serviced at 25k miles. Original tires show no abnormal wear but will need to be replaced. The spare tire has never been removed from it's holder. The only times it has been off road in 4WD is when towing our camping trailer in the mountains or desert. I regularly see 10-13 mpg when towing and up to 18 mpg on the highway. And with a 44 gallon fuel tank it has a range of more than 700 miles. Our family has loved travelling with this vehicle but with kids now going to college it isn't getting used as much so we have decided to sell it. Email me for additional info or photos.On Jul-27-11 at 11:37:00 PDT, seller added the following information: In response to several requests I have added additional photos, mainly of the undercarriage and tires. As you can see the vehicle has never been on salted roads or driven extensively off road. There are no fluid leaks but the oil was recently changed and all fluids checked by the local Ford dealer who seems to have spilled some. The tires all have just under 1/4" of tread left in the middle of the tire and about 3/16" towards the outer edges. There is about 1/8" tread above the wear bars so there is more than enough for a drive of several thousand miles. The first scratch shown is just forward of the right front wheel well above the bumper. The second is on the front of the bumper and was recently added by the same careless Ford dealer. Both should be easy to touch up.
