1987 SALEEN MUSTANG #037 THIS IS A PROJECT CAR Car runs good but I recommend towing home since it is been in the garage parked for 2.5 years ENGINE: stock and dirty NO MILKY OIL –OR– NO BLUE SMOKE BODY: all dents taking out, the car wiper cowl metal was damage when the hood came off going 70 mph from previous owner. The side back fender small dent taking out. Hood was primer because the clear coat was peeling. Rear lower valence part spoiler in one piece very value in the 1987 Saleen Mustang has this one piece, Saleen discontinue making the lower piece. Search Saleen Mustang club. Rear valance spoiler only came in 1987 with this shape. Carfax record indicate front damage –which means cowl vent. All fenders, the hood and hatchback all original vin TAG. I will provide extra hatchback NO rust (see picture behind blue truck). Original has rust Original color black – no stripes from factory I will hand out ORIGINAL invoice with original price(see attached) – original owner ordered without the stripes INTERIOR : needs work but all the original seats are there, hatchback cover and carpet. All Saleen identifications are in tag with the car. WHEELS/TIRES: all original one rims has curb damage but tire shop was okay installing the tire. I will provide all decals and wheels caps except the stripes decal in the bottom,. Saleen Original parts missing: shift-knot radio door panel "Saleen logo" -door inside looks good and tight Front tower bracing Verify the VIN# with Saleen headquaters tech department ask verification #037 -ordered in Georgia, Gainsville see attached partial picture of the invoice with original owner's name. I am third owner- I registered the car this year - I kept the title open for 2 years some people asked this before. I want the car to go to someone that appreciate Saleen history and restore back to original condition. I have several GREAT project for someone that has the time. I reserved the option to end the option early since I got the car advertised in several local and national website.
