This Classic 1948 Ford F-1 Hotrod Pickup has a STRONG 400 CID V8 in it and it is running very well indeed. Sounds good too with the custom dual exhaust system that has a nice rumble to it. The engine is backed by a smooth C6 three speed automatic transmission which is also functioning very well. It has a Ford 9" rear end with new brakes. It has plenty of tire smoking power down low and still cruises down the freeway at 70 MPH no problem. This truck is a nice driver in town or on the freeway it doesn’t wander or pull to one side when you put on the brakes. It is a "two finger driver on the freeway, how could it get any better !! The front-end was just rebuilt with new drilled and ported front disc brakes so it drives down the road great and stops good too !! The Black and Tan cloth interior is NICE with a NICE original bench seat with new tan fabric and vinyl, NICE dash, NICE original gauge cluster, NICE aftermarket oil pressure, water temperature and voltage gauges, NICE floor mounted shifter, NICE carpeted floors, nice tan sun visors, nice black metal door panels, nice tan interior paneling and headliner, Dual chrome exterior mirrors and a nice aftermarket Walnut GT steering wheel. This truck is nicely equipped including New Aluminum high flow radiator, Beautiful new Oak wood bed with black walnut accents and chrome bed strips, tan tantaeu cover, new fuel tank and sender, original 6volt fuel gauge not working, new drive shaft, working windshield wiper and a Ford Am Fm stereo Cassette player with front and rear speakers that sound awesome. This is an AWESOME 1948 Ford F-1 Hotrod Pickup and as you can see in the pictures it is BEAUTIFUL !! Careful to not let this 1948 jewel get away ! This Classic 1948 Ford F-1 Hotrod Pickup has a STRONG 400 CID V8 in it and it is running very well indeed. Sounds good too with the custom dual exhaust system that has a nice rumble to it. The engine is backed by a smooth C6 three speed automatic transmission which is also functioning very well. It has a Ford 9" rear end with new brakes. It has plenty of tire smoking power down low and still cruises down the freeway at 70 MPH no problem. This truck is a nice driver in town or on the freeway it doesn’t wander or pull to one side when you put on the brakes. It is a "two finger driver on the freeway, how could it get any better !! The front-end was just rebuilt with new drilled and ported front disc brakes so it drives down the road great and stops good too !! The Black and Tan cloth interior is NICE with a NICE original bench seat with new tan fabric and vinyl, NICE dash, NICE original gauge cluster, NICE aftermarket oil pressure, water temperature and voltage gauges, NICE floor mounted shifter, NICE carpeted floors, nice tan sun visors, nice black metal door panels, nice tan interior paneling and headliner, Dual chrome exterior mirrors and a nice aftermarket Walnut GT steering wheel. This truck is nicely equipped including New Aluminum high flow radiator, Beautiful new Oak wood bed with black walnut accents and chrome bed strips, tan tantaeu cover, new fuel tank and sender, original 6volt fuel gauge not working, new drive shaft, working windshield wiper and a Ford Am Fm stereo Cassette player with front and rear speakers that sound awesome.
