Vehicle Detail
Need money for school so I must sell some of my toys! This is a great project bike that needs a little work to be back to mint again. Has the aftermarket triumph exhaust and rare rear luggage rack Pictures speak for themselves so look them over closely. The fanny pack on the back of the bike does not come with it as it is not mine. Need any more info feel free to call me at 920-265-8343. Reserve is very low, I'm going to take a big hit but I need the money! with that being said this is a 3 day auction with 3 days to pay. Clear title in my name, and in hand. On Jul-19-11 at 06:53:06 PDT, seller added the following information: Been getting a lot of questions, so hopefully this clears a few things up. The bike does run and can be driven anywhere, I drive it almost daily to work when its nice out. Two things to note 1 the front tire is low on tread, 2 the bike probably needs a tune up of sorts because when its cold and you start it sometimes it will idle really low and die within a few seconds, but then when you start it again it idles fine and warms right up. At any rate the bike is fun to drive the brakes work as they should, with no pulling or quivering. The bike shifts great and the clutch works as it should. The exhaust is not load but has a deep tone that only a triple can make, beats the hell out of any jap bike exhaust. Chain is in good condition and waxed. Next question I got to answer is how do I know there are 6,500 miles on the bike. The bike went down in 2005 and wasn't ridden until 2011 by me when I changed oil and had a daytona radiator installed. The bike came from NY and I was told it had 5000 miles on it when it went down, and this is very believable as NY has winters, so 3 years that roughly 1600 miles a year, makes sence to me. I've been riding the bike since spring of this year. And at max maybe put on 1000 miles. If anyone has any other questions feel free to ask. And also as stated above this is a clear title bike.
