Very Rare Black with Black Interior 1990 Honda CRX Si Only 103,9xx Miles! 100% Stock Untouched with the exception of the Pioneer CD Player Original 4 Cylinder D16A6 Engine (108 Horse Power, 100 Foot Pounds of Torque) 5-Speed Manual Transmission Power Sliding Moonroof Brand New Paint Job Brand New OEM Honda Front Lower Valence (Chin Spoiler) Brand New OEM Honda Center Door Protector Mouldings Brand New OEM Honda Dew Wipes (AKA Outside Window Mouldings) Brand New Tires Brand New Timing Belt Rebuilt Cylinder Head Brand New Headgasket Brand New Valve Cover Gasket Brand New Clutch Brand New NGK Spark Plugs and Ignition Wires Brand New Radiator The valve cover was sandblasted and painted correctly using Honda's high temperature crinkle black. I found this car a couple of months ago in all original condition and purchased it as a minor restoration project as it needed new valve seals (burned a little oil) and the original clear coat and paint were definitely showing its age. I am an ASE certified mechanic and did all of the mechanical work on the car myself. I was amazed at how nice and original the car was. Even the rear muffler is original and says HONDA on it! The paint work was done by a reputable local auto body shop. The paint is as close to perfect as it can be without completely disassembling the car, painting everything and reassembling. I would give it a 9 out of 10. The interior has been fully detailed and I would also give this a 9 out of 10. The car starts up and runs perfectly. It has great power through all the gears and is a ton of fun to drive around town. Everywhere I have taken the car people have said how nice the car looks. I would say this is probably one of the lowest mileage, untouched, stock, original CRX Si's out there. I consider myself to be a bit a perfectionist when it comes to my cars. The other day I drove an hour and a half to a junkyard to get a few minor things that were were missing or not up to my standards.I would have no qualms about entering this car into shows. I believe that with less 13,000 1990 CRX Si's produced, there are very few, if any, left out there in this condition with such few miles. Just in the last couple of years the value of these cars has doubled. I would bet that in another 10 years these cars will be like the muscle cars from the 60's and the values will skyrocket! I forgot to mention the fact that this car was factory equipped with air conditioning. It also has all of the rear cargo panels as well as the factory spare tire and jack.I will be adding several more pictures tomorrow.
