Vehicle Detail
A really neat old 350 that I have taken apart and restored using a lot of new Honda parts. The only aftermarket parts include a very rare NOS Hooker Exhaust. A lucky rare find. The tires and tubes are new IRC's along with a new petcock, fuel cap, air filters, all cables (aftermarket), mirrors, chain, left handlebar switch, grips, and many others. The fenders are the original ones and have a few flaws, but overall, along with the rims, are pretty good and were not rusty. The rear fender has a ding in it(as shown in picture), but is also in very nice condition other than the ding. The seat is also the original one and although not like new, is pretty nice. The headlight housing, fork ears and tubes, side covers and fuel tank were expertly painted by a professional body shop with a perfect match to the original Light Ruby Red. The carbs were overhauled by a 62 year old Honda mechanic that now owns his own shop and has 45 years experience. The engine has 175 lbs of compression in both cylinders and starts instantly hot or cold. Everything works as it should and the engine runs right up to redline nicely. All electrics work properly and the brakes function very well. Valves and points and timing were adjusted along with new plugs and oil change with Castrol Acteva 10W40 motorcycle oil. Tach and Speedo work very well and seem to be accurate. All in all, this 350 is a real eye catcher and a lot of fun to ride. I ride it and don't want to get off as I am 69 years old and full of nostalgia. A complete original tool kit is included along with a reprinted owners manual. The Allied Federal warehouse terminal is only about 3 miles from my house where I always take bikes to that people want shipped. They are great. Phone 1-800-747-4100 ext. 217 or 218. This bike has been done right and should make any owner proud. This bike is being relisted due to non-paying bidder. The guy never made his $100 security deposit and never came to see the bike. He said at auction close that he was excited to come pick up the bike then contacted me a few days later and said the purchase was not cleared with his wife and that she would not allow him to proceed with the transaction. So please serious bidders only with only pre-approved wife consent. Thanks
