1970 Triumph Bonneville

This is a Triumph hardtail project. I've run out of room and time for. I mocked this bike up for the pictures to show what it looks like. The engine is a 1972 t120r 650, spins free feels like it has good compression, the pistons are 20 over, shifts good. the left side exhaust threads are a little worn, but it's an easy fix. The pipes are brand new. Amals are 932, they need a gasket rebuild they have been cleaned. the front end is a OIF the forks need to be rebuilt. The frame is a 68 or 69 I can't tell, with a bolt on and welded hardtail that looks like it's a 4 " streach.I bought the frame that way. Has brand new tapered neck bearings with adapter. I have a good clear signed Iowa title for a 1970 t120r that will go with the bike (of course for historical collecting purpose only). The handle bars are off a antique bike. This is a great start to a good bike. I have a lot of time and money into searching for these parts. My loss your gain. Please feel free to ask any questions Thanks for looking! Pick Up Only
