1964 Chevy II. This is a numbers matching 283 V8 automatic transmission vehicle. I have not washed this car for any of the pictures, what you see is what you get; a nice driver condition car that needs some TLC that I do not have the time for. This car sits more than anything and is in need of a better home that will drive and enjoy this vehicle as it should. I have nothing to hide in this sale and I belive that the person or family that gets this car will be very pleased. Have original Owners Protection Plan and Owners Giude books with all matching information. Vehicle has complete new Classic Update A/C that blows ices cubes and cools this vehicle very well. New hoses, Chrome Compressor, Condensor, Condensor Fan and Under Dash Unit. Vehicle Interior is in very good condition and needs some small updates to arm rests and a couple interior door panels to be repaired or replaced. (Not to expensive to replace see J&W Nova for prices.) The headliner is nice and tight and in very good condition. The dash and instruments are in very good condition as well. There are two things that need completeing in the dash. 1. needs a new speaker 2. Need to install new ventalation tubing. Frame and Body are in very good condition. Vehicle has been painted some time before I have owned so I am not sure how old the paint job is. I would classify this as a Driver Class vehicle. I get compliments all the time when I drive it and at shows. Motor runs strong and odmeter says it has 63,321 and yes the spedo works. Not sure how accurate the milage is but condition of vehicle seems to agree. I did list as exempt because I can not confirm the accuracy of mileage. There are no major oil leaks and when I put Valve cover gaskets on it the valve seals have been replaced. I have original Valve covers as well that go with the vehicle. Has new dual exhuast and at some point in time the vehicle was upgraded with the following. HEI distributor, Internally regulated Alternator, Headers, and a Chrome Kit (nothing fancy). Has the original 2 barrel carburator also. Transmission is a power Glide that works excellent and shifts very smooth. Front Suspension has been updated with a CCP Mini Sub Frame Kit. and I do have the original lower control arms that go with the vehicle. I updated the front end to correct the original geometry issues and must say what a huge improvment! I also do not have to re-align the car every other month! The vehicle has 14" wheels and tires that are in decent condition as far as tread goes on the tires. This vehicle is not equipped with Power Steering or Power Brakes. I can say that it handles well but, I would reccomend updateing to a power disc brake set-up. I relocated the battery to accomidate the A/C. The battery now resides in the spare tire well. Trim on vehicle is dinged up but not in terrible condition...
