2002 Honda Insight 80,6XX MilesI have a 10+ year ebay account with 100% positive feedback. I have bought and sold a few cars here on ebay. Bid with confidence knowing I am giving you an accurate and full disclosure of this vehicle. You will love this car! STILL HAS HONDA WARRANTY ON IMA BATTERY! I have had this car for a little over a year now and I HATE to be selling it but I need to have a car with 4 doors and 2 more seats. You will NOT find an insight that has been better maintained than this one. I am second owner and both I and the previous owner have had all work done at honda. I was planning on keeping this car for LONG time and have put a lot of money into it. Within the last 6 months: 1. Warranty Service on IMA battery - this car has a BRAND NEW battery in it which was replaced at a cost to honda of $5000 (I can show all paperwork), again this is still under original 10 yr warranty 2. Warranty Service on Catalytic Converter (Expensive on these cars and you have a brand new one now) 3. I recently replaced front brakes and had rear adjusted 4. Oil change (only needs done ever 7500k) and transmission fluid flush and replace. This car has a factory honda cd player (this model actually came with a tape player, but I replaced it with a 2006 honda insight cd player). It comes with 2 keys and remote entry. Has original factory floor mats in great shape along with factory cargo net in rear. Everything works great on the car, no problems functionally or mechanically AT ALL. Oh yeah... ICE COLD AC for the summer! In the purposes of full disclosure I will be honest in saying that the back end of the car is a little scratched up (See pics). I did not do this but I purchased it this way. This didn't really bother me as this was a commuter car for me and there are no "dents" in the car, just cosmetic scuffs. The front end is actually in fantastic shape with no evidence of a collision and nice and clear head lights. This car is in great overall shape especially if you take into account the car is 10 years old. Seller is responsible for all shipping costs and car must be paid for in full before I ship. Buyer must arrange all shipping. I require a $500 deposit within 24 hours of auction close.On Jul-10-11 at 08:59:39 PDT, seller added the following information: I received an email about shipping. Sorry I am NOT PAYING for shipping. Not sure how that ended up like that. To be clear, Buyer must arrange for and pay all shipping. Sorry for the late update.Also,I was under the impression that I was the 2nd owner, (hence my description) but ebay's car check says I'm the third. No intent to mislead, I was just misinformed. JoeOn Jul-14-11 at 15:46:01 PDT, seller added the following information: I got an email about the warranty specifics so I just wanted to clarify before the auction closes.The warranty is only on the IMA battery and components (not a full manufacturer warranty). Also the warranty is for 10 years but started on the original date of sale from honda which was Sept. 2001. There is not a new 10 year warranty from the date the battery was replaced.
