Please ask questions prior to bidding Mike: irezumi3@hotmail.com / 714-423-5586 The ultimate in utility and performance. Considerable amounts of time, financial resources and technical savvy were required to bring this E46 M3 Touring into existence. Exceptional Running Condition. Clean, linear and robust power. EXTREMELY ROADWORTHY AS SHE SITS. Car has been shaken down and dead nuts reliable for last 13k mi regularly returning 320+ miles per tank w/mixed style driving, hwy/city. As the saying goes, you can paint it any time you like but it’s only original once Typical, age appropriate fine scratches and nicks on an 11 year old car that should polish out w/enough elbow grease No dings or dents that could be captured by camera. Interior Very good shape Interior - Leather obviously not as factory supple and could use a conditioning. NO RIPS OR TEARS Has known E46 HVAC blower whirring noise when AC is on. Minor and intermittent so never replaced. A brand new one is $200 or so. Alcantara steering wheel is a bit worn, again no tears. The 'To Do's' - The factory roof rack has been removed subjecting the open cutouts to the elements. The car is garaged in SOCAL so not much ‘weather’ to worry about here. I can supply carbon fiber ‘patching’ material for the new owner or simply reinstall the original roof rails which will come with the car. I believe I may have seen a factory ‘filler’ kit as well. The windshield washer nozzles were not purchased/installed during the hood change-over. The hoses/nozzle grill/ electrical is there to retrofit. I had the rear fender wells professionally rolled but I still get minor rubbing with passengers in back. The fix is to dial in more negative camber or flare the sheet metal more to provide more tire clearance. You could also simply drop a tire size or install 18’s instead. Rear bumper provisioned for PDC upgrade (Park Distance Control). The sensors are located in the bumper and ready for retrofit. Exclusivity - Rogue Engineering’s S54 Wagon writeup: Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE http://www.rogueengineering.com/mm5/...y_Code=2002WAG "Expensive? Yes. To duplicate this vehicle in its entirety, expect to spend approximately more than $65,000 (including the price of a slightly used wagon)” It's difficult to face the prospect of parting with this car, my favorite of all time. The new job has me commuting quite a bit further and sitting in a helluva a lot more Socal traffic. The car resides in the garage while my wife and I take turns daily driving our other, much better ‘behaved’ E46 wagon and E36 M3. What's more, a recent P-Car acquisition necessitates the garage space. I ask all zero or negative feedback bidders contact me prior to bidding.
