Up for auction. 1973 Honda CR250 Elsinore equipped with DG Performance components. This would be a great collectors item for any vintage motocross enthusiast. Description of bike: Frame: Stock Honda CR250 frame welded and braced on the front downtube and cross-braced between the frame rails. wide footpegs installed on frame along with custom made airbox. Polished brake pedal and shifter. Motor: Completely rebuilt CR250 motor. New clutch, new bore, new seals and gaskets. Assembled with stainless case screws. Mossbarger reed cage intake, rebuilt kickstarter assembly, perfect DG Performance head, excellent countershaft cover. Billet aluminum motor mounts, Mikuni carburetor. Suspension: Rebuilt CR250 forks, polished lowers, trick air caps on the fork tops. Rear suspension features a rare set of rebuilt Fox Shox air shocks. Swingarm: Polished aluminum DG Swingarm, new bronze bushings installed, custom billet aluminum brake arm, Pro-Tec spring loaded chain guide Wheels: New spokes, new brakes, quailty Michelin Tires. Exhaust: Nice NOS DG Performance exhaust with new springs, fits tight to the frame and doesn't rub on the rear shock. New levers, new grips, new chain and sprockets, custom paint job, new decals. New seat foam, solid seat pan, custom made seatcover with DG logo on the back.
