For sale is my very nice low milage Hondamatic 400 Hawk. It has brand new tires (less than 100 miles!) newer battery and recently replaced head gasket. New plugs, air filter and fresh oil change with new filter. This is a blast from the past! The PERFECT first motorcycle or for the experienced rider as well. It has a low seat height and couldn't be anymore simple to ride, push the starter button and she fires instantly and warms just as fast. Click up once for low range (good to about 45-50) then up once more puts it into "drive" and forget it all day, just ride! NO CLUTCH to deal with! Very handy in town or stopping on a hill and trying to to restart, just gas and go! You can also just click up twice and take off in drive 2 and never touch the shifter the rest of the day! ANYONE can enjoy riding this bike. This only has 8,025 ACTUAL MILES! The head gasket has been replaced but I haven't had time to clean off the old oil on the fins but the leak is fixed. The seat foam was very hard so I took it to a professional shop and had the foam replaced, the stock cover was reused cause it's in great shape with no tears. It's very comfortable now to sit on. The paint is very shiny and gets looks and many questions wherever it go's. The stock mufflers have been replaced and have a nice but not too loud sound (the baffles can be removed if you wish). It has new comfort foam grips and cruise control (throttle-lock). The day most of the pics we're taken was very cloudy and the bike looks MUCH better than the pics show. This is far better than ANY scooter money can buy but just as simple to ride! All lights, ect work as they should. There is NO rust inside the tank and has been kept inside all it's life and it shows.The large windshield has a broken mounting tab on the lower left side (hit a damn bird!) but I will include the smaller sport shield seen in the first picture. I purchased a crashbar and added Very expensive (150.00) highway pegs. The crashbar goes with the bike and if the bid reaches 1,200.00 the pegs go for free as well. I would guess this gets about 60 M.P.G!!!!! Feel free to ask any questions. This is being offered at NO RESERVE! The reason it's for sale is unexpected bills or it wouldn't be for sale.
